An introduction to the core principles of practice and sequencing as taught by the grandfather of modern yoga, Sri T Krishnamacharya, the root teacher of the teachers who developed Ashtanga Vinyasa, Iyengar Yoga, Flow Yoga and Yoga Therapy.
These core principles will offer both teachers and home practitioners the ability to design vinyasa sequences that are safe, effective, creative and enjoyable.
In this 4-week series, you'll learn a simple but powerful 20-minute yoga practice that integrates breath, movement and meditation. Over the course of the series we'll explore ways to adapt and expand on the root practice to serve your individual needs and goals.
This series is for anyone who wants to empower themselves with a daily self-care ritual to reclaim and maintain optimal health and mental, emotion and spiritual well-being.
