I offer a number of modules that can be incorporated into Teacher Trainings, offered as standalone workshops, or combined into weekend and weeklong immersions.

  • how to adapt the most popular and useful vinyasas and asanas for any level of physical ability

In this workshop we'll cover:

  • Krishnamacharya's life & influence (multimedia presentation)

  • Krishnamacharya's key teachings & principles

  • principles in practice: a led class

The Secrets of Hatha Yoga

In this module, we'll cover the practices that were fundamental to original tantrik hatha yoga that are largely absent from modern yoga classes, and offer instruction on how to teach them safely and effectively.
